Trial Lesson Policy

The €10 trial lesson fee will be applied as a credit toward the purchase price of your first standard lesson or lesson package. If you do not schedule your first standard lesson within 30 days of your trial lesson, the trial credit expires and is non-refundable.

Refund & Dispute Policy

All lesson fees are non-refundable except as described below. If the instructor cancels a lesson fewer than 24 hours before its scheduled start time for reasons other than force majeure, you may request a full refund of the lesson fee, minus any applicable Stripe transaction fees. For any other payment disputes, please contact us at a.kropina@gmail.com or file a dispute directly with your card issuer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All lessons must be paid in advance. If you cancel a standard lesson without providing at least 24 hours’ notice and not for a valid medical reason, the lesson will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued. If you cancel due to medical reasons at any time, you may reschedule the lesson at no additional charge. If the instructor cancels a lesson 24 hours or more before its scheduled start time, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time at no extra cost.
